There are some other components in the released software which are not mentioned below. For example: color selector, font selector, file selector, screen-based keyboard.

There are many projects on-the-go which make up the Pocket Tcl Environment. Many of these are at an early stage of development, or are just too unstable to be released yet. Examples of these are: PT/Contacts (an address book using the standard vCard format), PT/Mail (an email client supporting smtp, pop3 and ,hopefully, imap protocols), PT/Map (a mapping program, using downloadable maps, route planning, and hopefully - when I get one - GPS support), PT/Tasks (a tasks/to-do application) and PT/Calendar (scheduling application) both using the standard vCalendar format, PT/Notes (desktop notes in the style of Post-its), and many others. The list goes on ...

	PT/Backlight (ptbl) Description: sets the screen brightness. Requirements: 'bl' in your $PATH. Status: Released, version 0.1.0 (alpha)
	PT/Clock (ptclock) Description: A desktop clock, analog and digital. Requirements: None. Status: Released, version 0.1.0 (alpha)
	PT/Edit (ptedit) Description: A text editor. Requirements: None. Status: Released, version 0.1.0 (alpha)
	PT/Ifconfig (ptifconfig) Description: A network interface manager. Requirements: 'ifconfig' in your $PATH Status: Released, version 0.1.0 (alpha)
	PT/Info Description: System information Requirements: None. Status: Released, version 0.1.0 (alpha)
	PT/Mixer (ptmixer) Description: A sound mixer panel Requirements: Snack sound toolkit Status: Released, version 0.1.0 (alpha)
	PT/Navigator (ptnav) Description: A file navigator/browser/explorer Requirements: None. Status: Released, version 0.1.0 (alpha)
